On Friday 13th UKCS staff came to work in their best (or perhaps worst!) Christmas jumper.  This was part of a nationwide program to raise money for Save the Children.  A selection of the best efforts can be seen above.  As a long-established charity, Save the Children works to improve the lives of children throughout the world through a variety of methods, including education, healthcare and economic opportunities.

We are also reaffirming our support for Sanctuary Supported Living, the homeless youth charity which runs a facility in Felixstowe.  Last year, in lieu of sending out the usual cards and gifts to friends and partners, we opted to help the charity provide a Christmas dinner, gift vouchers and other treats for those within their care.  Aware that these services are just as vital as ever, we have provided funding for a similar package once again in 2019.  Again we thank the staff and volunteers that work hard to help those in the worst of circumstances.
